The Town of Eastham through its Affordable Housing Trust invites qualified responders to submit a proposal for the conveyance of an 80,000± square foot area of land, a portion of a parcel of land known as the Roach Property; the construction community housing, with a maximum of 6 (six) bedrooms; and the sale of the housing affordably to income qualified households earning at or below 80% of area median income
