Buy-Down YARMOUTH
The Town of Yarmouth, Yarmouth Affordable Housing Trust (YAHT) invites interested sellers to submit proposals for the sale of fee-simple absolute, single-family residential real property located in the Town of Yarmouth. YAHT is implementing its Affordable Housing Buy-Down Program. This program takes advantage of the current real estate market to purchase low-to-moderately priced Yarmouth homes, deed restrict them affordable in perpetuity, and sell affordably to income qualified households.
