Dennis - Melpet Farm
The project is separated into two sections. Responders can submit proposals for either section or both sections.
Section A: Seeking proposals to use a portion of the Melpet Farm land for agricultural purposes that will benefit the community.
Section B: Seeking proposals to design, develop and manage 24 - 28 units of affordable rental housing on a portion of the Melpet Farm land.
