GC Bids for the Rehab of the Noyes Building, Oak Bluffs
The Resource, Inc. (TRI) is seeking bids for the conversion of the former Oak Bluffs library into three affordable rental units and a pharmacy. TRI has leased the building from the Town of Oak Bluffs and will contract for construction and manage the completed project.
